When you opt in to receive SMS messages, we collect your mobile phone number and the date/time of your consent. If you have interacted with an agent through the Aldaba phone assistant, we may also retain call recordings and transcripts.
We collect this information directly from you. We do not purchase, rent, or otherwise acquire your contact information from third parties.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to send you SMS messages related to your real estate inquiry, including appointment confirmations, showing reminders, property updates, and follow-up communications. We also maintain records of consent for compliance purposes.
