1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern the text-message (SMS/MMS) program operated by KYGR Solutions through its Aldaba platform. By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you agree to these Terms.
2. Program Description
Our messaging program sends you text messages related to your real estate inquiry, including appointment confirmations, showing reminders, property updates, and follow-up communications. These are conversational and transactional messages; we do not send unsolicited promotional bulk messages.
3. Consent
You provide consent by affirmatively checking the consent checkbox on our opt-in form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
4. Message Frequency and Cost
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply according to the plan you have with your wireless carrier.
5. Opting Out
You can cancel the text-message service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending you texts. If you want to rejoin, you can opt in again on our website.

7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted.
